Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bakery Commi at Hilton Hotels & Resorts, located in Jaipur. The Bakery Commi will be responsible for preparing baked goods, assisting in the cooking process, ensuring hygiene standards, and maintaining the quality of culinary offerings. Daily responsibilities include helping in food preparation, following recipes, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with the culinary team to provide exceptional service to guests.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge in Food Preparation and Culinary Skills, with experience in baking and pastry production.
Commitment to maintaining Hygiene standards to ensure food safety and kitchen cleanliness.
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with the culinary team and contribute as a team player.
Proficiency in Cooking techniques and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely.
Prior experience in a professional bakery or culinary environment is a plus.
A diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or Baking is preferred but not mandatory.
