We are looking for a Manufacturing Leader who can own this system end-to-end, take bold bets, and reinvent both the factory and themselves every single day.
Role Mandate:
Absolute Ownership This is not a “manage the plant” role. This is a build, scale, disrupt, and dominate role. You will own end-to-end manufacturing outcomes — safety, quality, cost, delivery, productivity, automation, people, and P&L levers. You will define what world-class eyewear manufacturing means — today, tomorrow, and five years from now.
