We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Junior Merchandiser to join our  Hi-fashion  Garment Manufacturing Export team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a strong career in apparel merchandising and gain exposure to international buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Coordination & Support:

• Assist senior merchandisers in managing export orders from development to shipment

• Maintain order sheets, T&A calendars, and production trackers

• Follow up with production teams for daily status updates

• Ensure timely internal communication across departments

Sampling & Development:

• Coordinate Proto, Fit, PP, Size Set, and TOP samples

• Track sample submissions and approvals from buyers

• Follow up with sourcing teams for fabric and trims availability

• Maintain sample records and documentation

Production Follow-Up:

• Monitor bulk production progress and report delays

• Coordinate with planning and QA teams for inline and final inspections

• Ensure packaging and labeling compliance as per buyer requirements

• Assist in shipment documentation and dispatch coordination

Documentation & Reporting:

• Prepare costing sheets under supervision

• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, approvals, and shipment details

• Update ERP / order management systems regularly

• Prepare weekly status reports for management review

Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of experience in garment merchandising (Woven preferred)

• Basic knowledge of woven fabrics, trims, and garment construction

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability

• Proficient in MS Excel and basic documentation systems
