Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manager of Nickel Alloys Casting, based in Jaipur. The Manager will oversee the nickel alloys casting processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and optimizing production efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising and managing a team, coordinating with various departments, troubleshooting issues in the casting process, maintaining stringent quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

The role also involves enhancing processes, addressing customer requirements, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Strong leadership skills, including Team Management and Team Leadership abilities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Expertise in Broadcasting techniques in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Prior experience in nickel alloys casting or related roles
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize casting processes
Knowledge of industry safety and quality standards
Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
