Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve business targets.
Develop sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned area.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals.

Ideal Profile:
Min. 2 years field sales experience
Bachelor's degree completed
Strong presentation and people skills
Local candidate preferred
Open to team-building responsibilities
