Key responsibilities:
A. Order Management
1. Manage daily online orders from Shopify, marketplaces, and ERP.
2. Verify order details, payment status, and inventory availability.
3. Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team for smooth operations.
4. Update order status (Packed, Shipped, Delivered, RTO, etc.) in ERP.
5. Handle cancellation, replacement, and exchange workflows.
B. Barcode Management
1. Generate barcodes for products using ERP/Shopify/Barcode software.
2. Print and label barcodes accurately on incoming inventory.
3. Ensure correct SKU-to-barcode mapping to avoid picking errors.
4. Maintain barcode printer and supplies.
C. ERP Management
1. Create and update product SKUs, inventory, and pricing.
2. Check for stock mismatches and correct discrepancies.
3. Process purchase entries, GRNs, and inventory updates.
4. Run daily reports for orders, inventory, dispatch, and returns.
5. Coordinate with the tech team if any ERP-sync issue occurs.

Other requirements
1. Basic–intermediate computer knowledge.
2.
Experience with ERP systems
3. Knowledge of barcode printers (thermal printers like TSC/Zebra).
4. Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Ability to manage fast-paced operations.
