Role Description
Superkicks is seeking a full-time Senior Manager - Ecommerce & Growth to lead and enhance our online operations from our Jaipur location. This on-site role involves overseeing strategies and execution for ecommerce platforms to drive sales growth, improve customer experience, and optimize operational efficiency. Manage Media spends across different platforms. Optimize vitals performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, RoAS, CAC. Manage inventory forecasting and coordinate with ops for inventory procurement.

Collaborate with Content and Marketing team to brainstorm and execute campaigns. Own Top line and deliver high ROI campaigns Analyze and Track Ecommerce performance and plan strategies to grow it further. Own Retention, SEO and owned media strategy to drive business avenues.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Ecommerce/ Performance/ Growth manager in a D2C.
Knack for data and analytics.
Strong Mathematics and Business acumen is must.
Have detailed experience with Shopify.
Worked on ad platforms:
Meta, Google, Snapchat. Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
