We're looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Manager who can own end-to-end social media strategy, content planning, and performance optimization for multiple brands. If you're strategic, data-driven, and love building strong online communities, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement platform-specific strategies across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest, and more.
Plan and manage content calendars and rollout plans for multiple client portfolios.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Create customized social media solutions for brands across eCommerce, services, startups, and diverse industries.
Content & Creative Management
Write engaging content for social media posts, blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Ensure content is optimized for engagement, SEO, and conversions.
Collaborate with design teams to create on-brand visuals and creatives.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Ideate, script, and plan reels and short-form video content.
Oversee in-house execution of reels and social videos aligned with strategy and client goals.
Client Communication & Reporting
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and lead requirement-gathering calls.
Track performance using analytics tools and share actionable insights through reports.
Understand client goals and recommend strategies to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
Tools, Analytics & Tech
Use social media management and analytics tools to track engagement, reach, and conversions.
Support integrated marketing through CRM and email marketing workflows.
Work with project management tools like , Notion, Slack, etc.
Knowledge of Meta Ads structure is a plus.
Experience using AI tools for content ideation, writing, or trend analysis is an added advantage.
