What You'll Be Responsible For
* Paid Advertising & Funnel Building
* Plan & execute Meta, Google & You Tube campaigns for high-ticket products
* Build multi-stage funnels (Awareness → Consideration → Visit → Conversion)
* Optimize CPL, CAC & ROAS — not vanity metrics
* Lead Quality Optimization
* Improve lead intent, not just lead count
* Work closely with sales team to track closure %
* Build retargeting journeys & nurture campaigns
* Analytics & Tracking
* Set up Pixel, GA4, events & conversion tracking
* Analyze drop-offs in the customer journey
* Create weekly performance dashboards
* Creative Strategy
* Guide content team on ad angles & hooks
* Identify winning creatives & scale them
* Test offers, messaging & landing page structure
You'll Be a Great Fit If You
* Have 4–5 years experience in performance marketing
* Have worked on high consideration / high value products
(real estate, interiors, automobiles, education, luxury retail, B2B, etc.)
* Understand long sales cycle marketing
* Think in funnels, not campaigns
* Can explain why leads are bad — not just that they are bad
* Know attribution challenges & offline conversion tracking
Tools You Should Know
Meta Ads | Google Ads | GA4 | GTM | CRM tracking | Retargeting | Looker Studio (preferred)

* Qualified lead % ↑
