You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user journeys that don’t just look great — they work great.
Role Description Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI across web and mobile platforms
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate ideas and improve designs
Translate complex concepts into simple, elegant interfaces
Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design
Advocate for user needs in all stages of the product lifecycle
What We’re Looking For 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing both visual and interaction design work
Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
Excellent communication skills — you can explain design decisions clearly
Detail-driven but not stuck on pixels — you care about usability, not just aesthetics
Bonus Points For
Experience with motion design or prototyping tools
Exposure to A/B testing or analytics-informed design decisions
Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
