Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced  System Administrator  to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with  Windows and Linux server deployments , system administration, and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain  Windows and Linux servers .
Manage  application servers  such as  Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat .
Perform  system monitoring ,  performance tuning , and  capacity planning .
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Implement and maintain  security best practices , including firewalls, SSL/TLS, and access controls.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application and infrastructure needs.

Must-Have

Skills:

Proficiency with  application servers  (Web Logic, JBoss, Tomcat).
Strong understanding of  Windows, Linux, and Unix operating systems .

Experience with  monitoring tools  and  performance optimization .
Knowledge of  networking principles and protocols .
Familiarity with  security practices and tools .

Educational

Qualification:

B.E /

B.Tech / MCA  or higher degree in IT or related field.

Good to Have:
Certifications such as  Red Hat Certified Specialist ,  Oracle Web Logic Server Certification .

Experience with  cloud platforms  (AWS, Azure) and  automation tools .
