We’re Hiring | Performance Marketing Manager (Meta & Google Ads)
Ridhi Block Print Home is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to scale our Shopify D2C brand globally.
If you’ve successfully scaled Facebook, Instagram & Google Ads for Shopify brands and understand creative strategy, retargeting psychology, and profitable scaling, we want to talk.
Role:
Performance Marketing Manager – Meta & Google Ads

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location:
Sitapura, Jaipur
What You’ll Do
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns for Shopify
- Build and optimize advanced retargeting funnels (Website Visitors, ATC, IC, Purchasers, Email Lists, Video Viewers, etc.)
- Create and manage full-funnel strategies (TOF / MOF / BOF)
- Handle advanced campaign structures (CBO, ABO, Advantage+ Shopping, Catalog Ads)
- Analyze performance metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, AOV, Conversion Rate
- Develop creative strategies, define hooks & angles, and work closely with graphic designers to improve ad performance
- Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, hooks, audiences, and offers
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
Google Ads (Search, Shopping & Performance Max)
- Plan and manage Google Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
- Optimize product feeds for Google Merchant Center
- Build high-intent keyword structures for branded & non-branded search
- Improve ROAS through bid strategies, audience layering, and funnel-based targeting
- Align Google Ads strategy with Meta Ads for full-funnel growth
- Monitor metrics like CPC, ROAS, Impression Share, Conversion Rate
Analytics & Tracking
- Track and analyze performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag, and Shopify Analytics
- Identify scaling opportunities and performance bottlenecks using data insights
What You Bring
- 3–7 years of proven experience running Meta & Google Ads for Shopify eCommerce brands
- Strong expertise in retargeting and audience segmentation
- Demonstrated experience in scaling paid ads profitably
- Deep understanding of creative performance, customer psychology, and funnels
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Experience managing significant ad budgets
Bonus (Good to Have)
- Experience with home decor, linen, or lifestyle brands
- Experience selling to USA / international markets
- Experience scaling brands to high monthly revenue
- Knowledge of UGC, storytelling, and content-led ad creatives
