Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Trainer based in Jaipur. The Technical Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programs focused on technical and professional skill development. Responsibilities include developing training materials, providing hands-on technical sessions, assessing trainee progress, and offering feedback to support individual and group development. The trainer will also collaborate with the curriculum team to ensure content aligns with industry standards and trends.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Training, including the ability to design and deliver effective technical learning experiences
Experience in Training and Development, with a focus on improving student skills
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students and colleagues
Expertise in creating and delivering structured training programs
Ability to engage and motivate learners across different skill levels
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Prior experience in delivering programs related to tech skills or employability is a plus
