We are looking for passionate, empathetic, and energetic Pre-Primary Teachers who are committed to making a difference in the lives of young children from underserved communities. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, patience, and structure to early childhood classrooms, helping children build strong foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and social development.

Key Responsibilities

Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning goals
Use play-based and activity-based learning to teach basic concepts in language, numbers, and social behavior
Foster emotional and social development through positive interactions and structured activities
Track and report on student progress regularly to the school leadership and parents
Collaborate with other teachers, volunteers, and staff to support school-wide events and initiatives
Ensure the classroom is well-organized and materials are prepared in advance
Attend regular training, workshops, and meetings organized by the school or the foundation
