Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Fashion Designer located in Jaipur. The Assistant Fashion Designer will support the lead designer in creating designs, developing textiles, and working on fittings. The responsibilities also include coordinating with artisans, exploring embroidery techniques, and contributing to innovative and sustainable fashion collections.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of Fashion Design and expertise in creating stylish and functional designs.
Knowledge of Textiles and the ability to work with various materials and fabrics.
Experience in Embroidery and incorporating intricate patterns into designs.
Skills in Fitting and attention to detail in achieving superior quality and comfort.
Creativity and passion for sustainable fashion and supporting local craftsmanship.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with artisans and the design team.
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is a plus.
