One of our reputed client, a Jewellery Manufacturing Unit at Sitapura, Jaipur is looking for Executive Assistant to work from office.

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary
- The Candidate will provide high-level administrative, travel, and operational support to senior leadership. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and hands-on experience in managing Office of the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage corporate and personal credit cards
Track reward points, miles, and benefits across multiple cards
Handle timely redemption of points for flights, hotels, upgrades, vouchers, etc.
Monitor statements, expenses, due dates, and coordinate with finance for reconciliation

Travel & Logistics
Plan and book domestic and international travel (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport)
Prepare detailed travel itineraries
Manage travel-relatedRecords

Documentation Management
Maintain organized digital and physical records (agreements, IDs, travel documents, visas)
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents

Executive Support
Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Screen emails, calls, and correspondence; prioritize responses
Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing notes

Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with expense tracking and documentation tools
