Executive Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a knack for handling administrative tasks efficiently. The role involves acting as a primary point of contact, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across various levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Organize and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and timely communication.
Mail Communication:
Manage the CEO's email inbox; respond to emails on behalf of the CEO when required.
Draft, review, and format emails, reports, and other correspondence with a professional and clear tone.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for meetings.
Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and special projects as assigned.
Travel and Logistics:
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle changes promptly.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on tasks.
Manage and track key projects and initiatives, providing updates to the CEO regularly.
Office Management:
Maintain an efficient filing system for documents and records.
Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed.
Key Skills Required
Proficiency in email and business communication.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
Fresher /Candidate having Admin Experience With Excellent written and Verbal communication skills can also apply
Prior experience in supporting C-level executives is preferred.
