Role Overview
We are looking for a well-spoken, organised Executive & Process Coordinator to support the Managing Director and ensure the smooth coordination of all internal business processes. This role is ideal for freshers who want hands-on exposure to executive operations, especially in the jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle emails, calls, and communication on behalf of the MD.
Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and daily coordination.
Coordinate between Sales, CRM, Operations, Accounts, and Vendors.
Track tasks and ensure all processes are completed on time.
Assist in client communication and documentation.
Maintain records, data, and confidential files.
Skills & Requirements
Good English communication (spoken & written).
Organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Interest in the jewellery industry is a plus.
