Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary to the Chairman, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Person al Secretary will be responsible for managing the Chairman's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, and providing organizational support. Additional tasks may include preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting communication between the Chairman and various stakeholders. The role requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information
Proficient in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field is an advantage
