Role Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full time role based on-site in Jaipur. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing executive schedules, providing administrative assistance, organizing meetings, handling communication, and ensuring efficient operations by providing high-level support. The role requires reliability, discretion, and excellent organization skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage MD's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as a point of contact between MD and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
Handle confidential documents and communication
Coordinate follow-ups on key tasks and projects
Assist in administrative and operational activities
Requirements:
Strong communication & coordination skills
High level of confidentiality & professionalism
Excellent time management & multitasking ability
Proficiency in MS Office
