Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative operations across offices.
Ensure upkeep, housekeeping, repairs, and maintenance of premises.
Monitor and control administration budgets and expenses.
Maintain records of assets, AMCs, and administrative inventories.
Provide timely administrative support to all departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety norms, and statutory requirements.
Supervise cafeteria operations ensuring hygiene, quality, and timely service.
Coordinate with catering vendors for menu planning and food quality checks.
Monitor vendor bills and drive cost optimization.
Capture employee feedback and implement improvements.
Plan and manage employee shuttle and transport services.
Optimize routes, schedules, and vehicle utilization.
Verify transport bills and control costs.
Manage procurement, stock, and distribution of stationery and office supplies.
Maintain minimum stock levels and prevent wastage.
Coordinate with vendors and negotiate competitive rates.
Maintain accurate inventory and consumption MIS.
Ensure professional reception and hospitality for visitors and guests.
Arrange meeting rooms, refreshments, and required logistics.
Coordinate guest accommodation and local transport.
Maintain visitor records and enhance guest experience standards.
Ensure cost-effective bookings in line with company policy.
Coordinate with travel vendors and monitor service delivery.
Verify travel bills and maintain travel MIS.
Provide prompt support for travel changes and emergencies.
Plan and execute Townhall meetings and other events.
Manage end-to-end event logistics including venue, AV setup, branding, and hospitality.
Ensure a warm and memorable onboarding experience for all new joiners.
Arrange welcome kits on the date of joining.
Coordinate and facilitate timely  issuance.
Arrange welcome meals/refreshments.
Manage temporary accommodation for outstation employees.
Organize cab for office/site familiarization.
Identify, onboard, and manage admin service vendors.
Ensure timely bill uploading, verification, and processing.
Maintain proper admin assets tagging and monitoring.
Prepare and share periodic administration MIS reports.
Maintain documentation for audit readiness.
Support internal and external audits.
Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
