We are a boutique Real Estate firm looking for an ideal candidate who can provide top-level assistance for Director. This is a hybrid role for a smart, versatile professional who can handle the firm's finances (Tally/GST) while also managing high-level coordination with architects, lawyers, and consultants. They should be well-organized and be able to draft documents and help with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
Financial Control:
Manage end-to-end accounting in Tally Prime, including GST returns, TDS, banking, and cash flow reporting
Analysis & Reporting:
Study project reports/legal drafts from external partners and provide concise summaries to the Director
External Coordination:
Act as the primary point of contact for external agencies (Architects, Legal, etc.) to ensure deadlines are met
Drafting:
Compose professional emails, proposals, and minutes of meetings in fluent English
Office Administration:
Supervise office support staff and ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
CA Inter(Atleast) or MBA (Finance)
Minimum 5 years in a responsible role (Real Estate experience is a plus)
Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory. You must be able to draft professional correspondence
Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel
Must be willing to handle both high-level analysis and day-to-day admin tasks
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
