Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Accountant role, based in Jaipur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and coordinating audits. Other key responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, reconciling accounts, managing budgets, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Efficient communication with other departments will also be a part of the role.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance
Proficiency in accounting software, bookkeeping, and financial reporting tools
Analytical skills for interpreting data and ensuring accurate reconciliations
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present financial information effectively
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Professional certification such as CPA or CA is a plus
Familiarity with local and international accounting standards
