Overview
Avir Health Group is searching for a qualified Nurse Practitioner (Skilled Nursing) to join our family. This position is focused in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting, where you would serve as a clinical leader, working collaboratively with the facility’s care team to oversee both short- and long-term residents.
Responsibilities- Handle admissions, discharges, monthly stability checks, and evaluations for changes in condition.
- Perform advanced care planning and comprehensive assessments.
- Prescribe treatments.
- Competitive salary: $100,000–$120,000+ (commensurate with experience)
