This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities (two part‑time CRNAs can fill a full‑time role), providing flexibility and a great work‑life balance.

• Independent CRNA Model: Perform your own anesthetics, including regional blocks.
• Diverse Case Mix: Pain, orthopedics, vascular, GI, podiatry, ketamine infusion therapy, and occasional pediatrics. No OB, trauma, hearts, or neuro cases.
• Flexible Scheduling: 8- and 10‑hour shifts available.
• No Weekends or Holidays: Enjoy a balanced lifestyle.
• Minimal Call with Rare Callbacks: Call is rotated evenly among staff, and callbacks are compensated at the premium pay rate.
• Mentorship & Support: Welcoming environment for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.

• Premium Pay Rate: $200/hour for any hours over 40 per week.
• Shift Differentials: Evening, night, and weekend differentials can be stacked for additional earnings.
• Call Pay Rate: $20/hour.
• Holidays Paid at 1.5x Pay Rate.
• Sign‑On Bonus Up To $75,000.
