Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Experience

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• 22 months of Operating Room experience is required with some in the last 24 months.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Texas license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >75 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details

References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

If candidate resides in one of the restricted counties, they are not eligible for assignment. Restricted Counties-Delta, Franklin, Red River, Hopkins, Bowie, Morris, Titus, Cass, Camp, Rains, Upshur, Marion, Van Zandt, Smith, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, and Panola.

Monday-Friday with weekday and weekend call shifts.

On call requirements 1-2 weekday shifts per week; 1-2 weekend shifts per month; alternates between 3 RNs – self schedule the call shifts.

Surgical cases include: ENT, colorectal, orthopedics, OB, general surgery, GI, Urology, pain management, podiatry

Skills Required:

Decontamination, scrub, aseptic technique, colonoscopes, EGD scopes, flex sigmoidoscopes, podiatry, ENT, General, ortho/total joints, urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Gyn, hysterectomy, anterior/posterior repair, bilateral tubal ligation, C-sections, dilation & curettage, laparoscopic assisted gyn procedures, vaginal hysterectomy.
