Manufacturing Engineer
LHH is partnering with a large, growing HVAC company in search of a Manufacturing Engineering Manager for their Jacksonville, TX location. In this job you will lead and manage manufacturing engineering, maintenance and tool & die shop functions. They are looking for someone to ensure high equipment uptime, robust tooling capability, disciplined preventive maintenance and sustainment of manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling and dies.
This is a direct hire job that will work onsite, full time and is offering a salary paying between $120K - $140K/year + bonus. Here are more details about this job:
- Leading and managing manufacturing engineering, maintenance and tool & die shop functions
- Ownership of design, development, optimization and sustainment of manufacturing process, production equipment, tooling and dies
- Ensure high equipment uptime, robust tooling capability, disciplined preventive maintenance and continuous improvement across engineering and technical support functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field – a Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- 7+ Years of exp in manufacturing engineering with at least 3+ years in leadership or management role
- Strong process design, project management and leadership experience required
