Job Description

Join Target as a Style Consultant in our Specialty Sales team. As a Style Consultant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and maintaining a well-merchandised sales floor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales and delivering a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings.
• Leveraging store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and solving guest needs.
• Maintaining product availability and a full floor pad by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Setting visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
