Customer Service Associate – Wawa, Inc.

What you'll do:

• Greet and engage with customers to ensure their needs are met quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built‑to‑order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas, and keep the coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and  for age‑restricted products.
• Ensure stores are well‑stocked and shelves stay fresh, full, and inviting.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety by following all established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Complete housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash.

Qualifications:

• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and multitask like a pro.
• Must be 16 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

The hourly range for this position is $15.00 – $18.75 and is commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates will receive a $1.50 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am – 6 am.
