Overall Job Summary
The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a High Volume FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance and working scheduled shifts from Monday to Thursday.
• Communicating proactively with the District FAST Supervisor about work and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintaining visual merchandise standards and performing store measurements.
• Completing store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Executing price changes and hanging signage.
• Assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensuring planogram integrity and delivering Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Providing peak coverage as needed and performing other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

Preferred Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills. Ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict. Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Working Conditions
Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise. Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, with physical activity including lifting, moving merchandise, and operating equipment.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, move throughout the store, and handle merchandise and equipment safely. Must have stamina and mental alertness to perform duties quickly and safely.
