Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Manufacturing Engineer
Mission

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and improving the mechanical and electrical health of critical equipment — ensuring uptime, safety, and performance every day.
This role exists to ensure continuity of production through proactive maintenance, rapid troubleshooting, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Performance ObjectivesMaintain & Troubleshoot Equipment: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in production and facility systems — including hydraulics, pneumatics, drives, motors, and 480V/3-phase electrical systems.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute PM programs on schedule to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of machinery.
Interpret Schematics & Drawings: Read and apply electrical, mechanical, and engineering blueprints to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
Support Facility Operations: Maintain plant utilities and facility systems such as air compressors, chillers, and support equipment.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend and assist with process and equipment improvements to increase reliability and safety.
Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with production, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure consistent communication and priority alignment.

Compensation: $31–$37/hour + overtime (average 55 hours/week)
Shift: 1st Shift (two openings)
RequirementsMust have served in the U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves, or U.S. National Guard.
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent military technical background
)Strong electrical knowledge — up to 480V and 3-phase motors
Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems including hydraulics and pneumatics
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
Familiarity with PLCs, robotics, and automated systems (training provided)
Willingness to work overtime (primarily Friday–Sunday)
