This company is looking for a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all industrial machinery, production equipment, and facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background with hands-on experience in troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and repair in a manufacturing environment.

For this Maintenance role you will focus on maintenance on industrial and facilities machinery and equipment. This role requires some industrial maintenance experience, including exposure to PLCs. (2 openings across 2 shifts)

They need candidates with strong, hands on, troubleshooting and repair experience on electrical (up to 480 volt and 3-phase motors) and mechanical systems (mostly hydraulics and pneumatics) to work on their equipment, including the ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams. They will teach you the intricacies about their specific equipment, like air compressors and chillers, but they need someone who has the ability and desire to learn.

There is also plenty of OT but most is done on Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday; right now they are working 7 days a week, with the possibility of that slowing down after the holidays.

• At least 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or similar military experience)
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical and/or engineering blueprints, drawings, and schematics
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical (hydraulics and pneumatics) and electrical systems and other equipment including drives and motors etc...
• Any experience with robotics is welcome
