The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Jacksonville Onslow Economic Development (JOED) is responsible for leading, managing, and executing the organization’s programs, operations, and strategic priorities.
ResponsibilitiesThe CEO oversees regional economic development activities, industrial recruitment, product development, brand strategy, grant development, regional coordination, and organizational growth, in alignment with JOED’s Strategic Plan. The CEO reports to the Board of Directors and supervises JOED staff, contractors, and consultants.
