We are actively hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses for our Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT) that delivers mental and behavioral health services to clients in the community.

NOTE:
This role is community based out of our Jacksonville, NC office with travel to meet with clients in Onslow, Craven, Carteret, and Pender Counties.

Job Description:

Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults in our community based program in North Carolina. This position works closely with other clinical members of a integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Schedule &

Location:

Full-time, Day Shift, M-F, 8AM-5PM (with flexibility), based in Jacksonville, NC serving clients in Onslow, Craven, Carteret, and Pender Counties
.

Job Type:
(Community Based/Onsite) This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.

Job Duties:

• Providing treatment, rehabilitation, and supportive services to adult clients
• Providing physical and psychological assessments
• Offering education and resources
• Providing individual mental and physical health education
• Assisting with crisis intervention

Required Education/

Experience:

• LPN Nursing Degree from Accredited School
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with experience working with the population served.
• Experience working in a program based in Assertive Community Treatment is highly desired.
• Strong Documentation Skills
• Ability to Analyze Detailed Information

Required License/Credentials:

• North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse
