You will effectively manage planning and coordination requirements for all assigned exercises. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing detailed exercise plans of actions and milestones (POA&Ms), identifying required resources, providing mitigation recommendations for resource shortfalls, delivering status updates, briefing senior leaders, leading operational planning teams (OPTs) or working groups (WGs), developing exercise briefs and other information products, and transitioning plans to major subordinate elements.

You'll forecast, coordinate, and synchronize exercise planning requirements with resource requirements via SharePoint, Teams, and other systems.
