As we grow, we’re seeking a dedicated and Montessori-trained Lower Elementary Lead Teacher (Ages 6-9) to join our team! If you’re ready to foster independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:- Lead with Purpose – Cultivate a dynamic Montessori classroom where students explore, discover, and grow.
- Engage & Inspire – Develop hands-on, individualized lesson plans that nurture intellectual, emotional, and social development.
- Guide with Care – Support students with patience and respect, modeling kindness, integrity, and curiosity.
- Empower Growth – Assess progress thoughtfully and provide comprehensive student reports to families.
- Build Community – Collaborate with assistants and fellow educators to foster a warm, inclusive learning environment.
- Expand Horizons – Enrich learning with field trips and experiential opportunities beyond the classroom.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Elementary Teaching, or a related field (Required)
- Montessori Certification (Lower Elementary, Ages 6-9) from an accredited program preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Classroom Experience in an elementary setting
- A Passion for Hands-On, Child-Centered Learning
- An Enthusiastic, Warm, and Engaging Teaching Style
- Authorization to Work in the U.S.
