Kleeman Transport, LLC is seeking experienced CDL-A OTR Flatbed Drivers for long-haul routes throughout the United States. This is not a local or regional position.

Drivers must be prepared to be on the road for extended periods, typically more than one week at a time, depending on load assignments and scheduling needs.

Freight consists primarily of flatbed loads requiring proper securement and compliance with all safety regulations.

• Safely operate manual and automatic transmission trucks
• Transport flatbed freight across multi-state OTR lanes
• Properly secure loads in accordance with DOT and FMCSA regulations
• Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation
• Comply with all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and shipping facilities

• Estimated annual earnings: $90,000+ (based on miles and performance)

• Valid Class A CDL
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Minimum 2 years CDL experience preferred (flatbed experience preferred)
• Ability to properly secure flatbed loads
• Ability to meet DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations

• Extended periods of driving
• Ability to climb in and out of truck cab and onto flatbed trailer
• Ability to lift, secure, and tarp loads (may require lifting up to 75 lbs.)
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
