As the Director of Nursing
, you are a key member of our leadership team, responsible for integrating and coordinating a patient-centric nursing strategy with a strong focus on quality care. You’ll manage, train, and support nursing staff while ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect

• Work cooperatively with healthcare team members to maintain established standards of care

• Manage patients’ data and medical records as confidential records

• Communicate with doctors, patients, and family members about patient health

• Ensure the nursing unit complies with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Train and onboard new nursing staff

• Implement new procedures and policies, ensuring staff understanding

• Develop and implement quality assurance and risk management programs

• Make daily rounds to observe staff, address issues, and ensure services are consistent with resident needs

• Assist with continuous quality improvement and corrective follow-up actions

• Complete other duties at the discretion of management

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Illinois

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Experienced leader with prior Nursing Home or Long-Term Care experience

• Skilled in developing teams and fostering a positive, resident-centered culture

• Knowledgeable in healthcare regulations and nursing best practices

• Professional, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional care
