CompensationUSD {{Hourly Rate}} per hour (USD $30.23 – $48.37/hour). Up to $10,000 Sign‑On Bonus (for Part‑time, 24 hours weekly).

- Deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered care to individuals with acute medical needs.
- Conduct detailed assessments and develop individualized care plans that support recovery.
- Administer medications, IV therapies and treatments with precision and adherence to best practices.
- Monitor patient conditions, responding proactively to changes and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery strategies and long‑term health management.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists and healthcare teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
- Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Licensed RN in Illinois.
- CPR certification required (or must be completed during onboarding).
- New graduates and experienced RNs welcome.
- 2–3 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Provide direct nursing care in alignment with hospital policies and clinical standards.
- Monitor patient progress, document care interventions and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support patient education efforts to enhance understanding and self‑care management.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Assist in training, mentoring and onboarding new nurses and students.
- Ensure compliance with hospital safety protocols, infection control measures, and regulatory requirements.
