• Round weekly at assigned facilities within territory.
• Diagnose patient conditions via physical examination and/or telemedicine.
• Perform medical procedures such as debridement as necessary.
• Communicate and collaborate on findings and treatments with facility clinical staff.
• Inform patients about diagnosis and treatment goals.
• Document each patient encounter in APRIMA EMR and maintain patient medical records on company laptop.
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities as needed.

• APRN or PA-C certification.
• Two years of experience as a Solo Practitioner preferred.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license.
• DEA license.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to build and maintain rapport with facility staff and patients.
• Strong EMR documentation skills and attention to detail.

• Weekly rounds:
  Monday–Friday, about 7am–4pm with flexible start time.
• No evenings, weekends, or on-call requirements.
• Part-Time (2–3 days/week) or Full-Time (4–5 days/week).
• Uncapped W-2 earnings potential, dependent on provider availability and patient volume (projected $175k–$195k for full-time).
• Instruments and administrative support provided; company laptop and EMR (APRIMA) available.
• Malpractice insurance provided for both full- and part-time providers.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines.
