Pay: $29.18/hour

Responsibilities

Your Role:

As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for supporting production by maintaining equipment in the operating departments and the process support equipment for the plant.

You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

* Make safety your number one priority by driving our safety initiatives.

* Locate and replace defective components.

* Teach, coach, and mentor line operators in preventative maintenance processes.

* Prepare assemblies needed for certain lines to minimize maintenance downtime.

Requirements

We need you to have:

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* 3+ years of experience in maintenance for production equipment.

* Ability to do basic math.

* Certified forklift operator.

* Your own tools and toolbox.

Icing on the cake:

* Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.

* Associate's degree or two-year technical degree in a related field.
