- Provide PT treatments under supervision of a licensed PT, following state guidelines
- Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy, coordinate with PT for evaluation and referral
- Collaborate with team for quality outcomes
- Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
- Associate’s degree from an APTA‑accredited PTA program
- Current license as Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
