Job Description
American Traveler seeks a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for an outpatient role specializing in pelvic floor patients, requiring active IL license and BLS certification.
Responsibilities- Outpatient physical therapy department focusing exclusively on pelvic floor patients of all genders
- Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs are required
- Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends
- No on-call or floating within the facility is required
- Magnet-designated, critical access hospital with 25 beds
- Cerner EMR is used; prior Cerner experience is preferred
- Primary responsibility is evaluating and treating all pelvic floor patients
- No weekend coverage or on-call expectations
- Free parking provided in any unrestricted space
- Up to 5 days of requested time off will be considered
- Open to first-time travelers
- No local radius restrictions
- Active IL state PT license required to apply or proof of application
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Experience with pelvic floor patient population is essential
- Must be located in Illinois at least 3 business days prior to compliance deadline for fingerprinting
- Cerner experience preferred
