Warehouse Associate

Join the SIMOS team! We're hiring fulltime Warehouse Associates with at least 6 months of recent warehouse experience. The pay is $16.50/hr with weekly pay, benefits after 30 days, PTO, and a $50 referral bonus.

Duties include:

loading/unloading shipments, moving and organizing products, sorting/scanning orders, and general warehouse labor.

• 1st Shift / Morning Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm ($16.50/hour)
• Must be able to work Overtime

Pay Rate: $16.50 / hour

• Load and unload trucks manually
• Lift product, shrink wrap, and palletize pallets in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift, handle, and carry boxes up to 75 pounds
• Strong attention to details
• Ability to carry, stand, walk, lift, stoop, bend, push, and pull
• Stand on your feet for at least 10-12 hours, reach overhead, twist, turn, and squat throughout the shift
• Maintain a safe and clean workspace throughout your shift, effective communication skills, and teamwork

• Ability to lift parts weighing up to 70 lbs. without powered equipment assistance
• Visual capacity to clearly recognize, read, and understand standard operating procedures, signs, part number labels, and instructions
• Ability to see/hear and distinguish sounds and signs that alert, instruct, or notify one of danger, such as warning signs, horns, alarms, speech, and vehicular/pedestrian traffic
• Ability to coordinate maneuvering of varied bilateral hand and foot controls at a rapid pace
• Ability to utilize personal protective equipment which may include gloves, safety harnesses, and safety shoes
• Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment
• Requirements:
  Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $16.50 - $16.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
