Warehouse Associate-Equipment Operator

Job Overview

Equipment Operator I (Streets Maintenance) – Jacksonville, FL. 21 hours ago. Base pay $18.00/hr – $19.50/hr (after 6 pm). Minimum 6 months experience operating a cherry picker/order picker.

• Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, manually moving large, heavy goods.
• Lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and move product 150 lbs unassisted or via team lift.
• Use scan technology to record carton‑level information, including condition, quantity, and location.
• Monitor order‑management systems to ensure proper receipt and report discrepancy issues.
• Perform cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them by truck and stop number.
• Provide input on user tools and recommend improvements based on daily experience.
• Communicate effectively with peers and managers.
• Seek efficient ways to complete tasks and clarify when needed.
• Read and comprehend safety instructions in English.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs unassisted and moving 150 lbs unassisted or with a team.
• Available to work on the warehouse floor 8 hours a day or more.
• Minimum 6 months experience operating a cherry picker/order picker.
• Strong, consistent work ethic.
• Comfortable with scanning technology.
• Experience in distribution or logistics is a plus.
• Experience with high‑jump equipment is a plus.
• Read and comprehend safety instructions in English.

• Mon–Fri 10 am–6:30 pm
• Sun–Tue 5 am–5:30 pm
• Sun–Tue 4:45 pm–5:15 am
• Wed–Sat 6 am–4:30 pm
