Flint Logistics is Hiring a CDL A Truck Driver – Jacksonville, FL 32201 Compensation

CDL A drivers earn $1,150 to $1,325 per week.

Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week on a consistent regional lane.

A $500 orientation bonus is paid upon completion of orientation.

This position runs from Jacksonville, FL to Laredo and Houston, TX.

Drivers are out 5–7 days and complete their reset at home.

Freight consists of dry van loads that are 100% no-touch and primarily drop-and-hook.

Drivers operate International Pro Star tractors equipped with APU, inverter, aerodynamic wheels, and bobtail skirts.

This lane is designed for consistent turnaround and predictable dispatch planning. Freight runs regularly between Florida and Texas markets, minimizing unnecessary downtime. Drivers can expect steady load availability and structured routing to support efficient miles and on-time delivery performance.

Orientation lasts 3 days. Transportation, hotel, and meals are provided. A $500 orientation bonus is paid upon completion.

Applicants must hold a valid CDL Class A license and a current DOT medical card. A minimum of 6 months recent regional or OTR experience is required. Team drivers are welcome.
