We, at Laboratory Express, are a specialized App based logistics service structured specifically for the Laboratory/Medical Industry. We realize efficiently capturing pertinent data and transporting medical related materials from both internal and external origins and destinations is necessary for you to compete today. We are currently looking for a vendor to provide courier services in the Jacksonville, FL for logistics services.

As a vendor working with our company, a requirement is that you supply a vehicle for service on local routes to transport specimen samples from pickup locations (collection sites) to local destination locations or local shipping locations. A smartphone is required to collect data used for tracking and invoicing for your services.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Active Smartphone (Android or iPhone) with adequate data plan
• Federal Tax r (EIN)
• Business Checking Account
• Professional courier experience preferred.

MONDAY THRU FRIDAY

• REQUIRES A GENERAL CONTRACTOR WITH MULTIPLE VENDORS
• 5 PHARMACY LOCATIONS
• AVG MILES PER PHARMACY: 4-8 MILES
• AVG ORDERS PER DAY PER PHARMACY: 5-15 ORDERS PER DAY= 55 TOTAL ORDERS PER DAY
• EACH PHARMACY TIME FRAME FOR PICKUP TO DELIVERY: 11:00AM-2:00PM
• VENDOR PICK UP RATE: $8 PER PHARMACY PER DAY
• VENDOR DELIVERY ORDER RATE: $7 PER ORDER
