On-call Delivery Driver

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this On Call Delivery Driver opportunity at NDX Dynamic Dental Solutions in Jacksonville, FL
.

The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ON-CALL from Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

• Learn delivery route(s) as assigned.
• Provide daily deliveries and pick-ups as requested and assigned.
• Disinfect cases returned to lab.
• Represent the laboratory with courtesy, respect and focus.
• Advise appropriate lab contact with any office concerns, doctor communications, etc.
• Clean work area (vehicle) daily.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Personable individual with good oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional and neat in appearance.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Valid driver’s license and able to maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Preferred:
  High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Additional materials or equipment, as required.
• Personal protective equipment, as required.

• Physical stamina to drive for extended periods of time.
• Regularly required to drive, sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel and/or reach.
• Repeatedly getting in and out of an automobile multiple times a day.
• Ability to read required documentation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Fine motor skills and ability to perform repetitive motions.
• Vision capabilities, including depth perception, attention to detail, and color.

• Team Player: Works well as a member of a group
• Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well

High School or Equivalent or better.

Valid Driver License
