• 6 MOS EXPERIENCE WITH ATLEAST A 48 FT TT.
• No license suspensions in the last 3 years
• No more than 2 preventable accidents in 3 year
• SAP HAS TO BE 5 YEARS OLD-SAP DOCUMENTATION NEEDED
• No more than 2 MV's in the last 3 years
• No DOT recordable accidents in the last 3 years
• NO FELONIES IN THE LAST YEAR
• PROBATION REQUIRES A LETTER
• 1 FELONY AND 1 MISDEMEANOR ALLOWED
• Nothing pending on MVR/Background
• Can't be terminated in the last 12 mos for safety
• Must be able to urine test
• DWI/DUI has to be 5 years old
