$6500 longevity bonus

Jacksonville, FL to Palatka, FL and back. Mainly drop and hook. At times, runs to Ocala, Lakeland, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Tallahassee, and other areas as needed when the port is slow.

TWIC Card required – We will accept drivers without it, but they need to prove that they’ve started the process prior to attending orientation. Must be available to run 5-6 days/week for guaranteed pay.

MUST be able to drive a manual

• At least 3 months solo OTR experience in the past 6 months
• 1 year in the last 3 years with at least 3 months OTR in the past 6 months
• Must be 48-53 ft. trailers
• Drivers with less than 1-year experience need to provide their school training certificate
• No more than 10 jobs in the last 3 years
• Must have a very good BG & MVR and be able to pass all DOT pre-employment tests

Guaranteed weekly salary pay of $800.

• Detention $12.80/hr after first 2 hours, max $120
• Stops $20.00 (excluding first and last stop)
• Hazmat $40.00 per placarded load billed
• Miles $30.00 flat pay
• Holiday $60.00 per holiday
• Layover $90.00 per day (second night pay)
• Breakdown $90.00 per day (second night pay)

Schedule: Monday – Friday with occasional Saturday (rare but possible). Drivers start between  at port, pulling loads to Palatka, FL, then returning to Jacksonville, FL. Usually done around 2 PM, but times may vary depending on port activity and additional customer loads.

We operate newer International, Kenworth, and Freightliner tractors, in the process of switching to all Kenworths.

Orientation is 3 days, held twice weekly (Mondays and Wednesdays) in Joplin, MO, with onsite accommodations, meals, and transportation provided. Full benefits available after 60 days.
